The Alliance

Build strong people through archery.

The North Dakota Archery Alliance creates opportunities for people to discover archery, develop their skills, compete, lead, and stay connected to the sport for a lifetime.

Where we came from

A local need became a bigger vision.

NDAA grew from the archery community surrounding Sandhills Archery Club and a simple realization: access alone is not enough. New archers need a place to begin, developing archers need opportunities to keep growing, coaches need support, and young athletes need a pathway that does not disappear when they become ready for the next challenge. What began as an effort to strengthen local archery has grown into education, youth development, coach training, major events, competitive programs, community partnerships, and a long-term vision for sustainable archery facilities in North Dakota.

What we stand behind

What guides the work.

Access

Archery should have a welcoming entry point. We create opportunities for beginners, youth, families, schools, clubs, and communities to experience the sport with quality instruction and equipment.

Development

A first arrow should be the beginning, not the end. We help archers continue through instruction, leagues, tournaments, competitive development, mentoring, and leadership opportunities.

People

Scores matter, but people matter more. Archery can build confidence, focus, resilience, responsibility, friendships, and leaders who give back to the next group coming behind them.

Sustainability

We are building more than individual programs. Our goal is lasting infrastructure, strong coaches, sustainable funding, and indoor and outdoor opportunities that can serve North Dakota archery for generations.

Leadership

Leadership & stewardship.

NDAA is guided by people who understand the sport and the communities it serves. As the organization grows, its leadership structure is evolving to support education, youth development, finance, partnerships, facilities, events, and the long-term future of archery in North Dakota.

Help build what comes next.

Support youth programs, coach development, competitive opportunities, events, and the long-term facilities that will keep archery growing in North Dakota.
